SFIA Boarding Area A Gate Enhancements
2018 - 2020, $8.5 million
Various tasks at SFIA Boarding Area A, including build-out of new annex at the International Terminal Building. Scope included concrete, structural steel, framing, roofing, flooring, glass/glazing, fireproofing, metal panels, ceiling and fire protection.
SFO Ground Transportation Unit Relocation
2017 - 2018, $4.4 million

Construction of new building for SFO Ground Transportation Unit offices and vehicle inspection bays. Scope included framing, roofing, flooring, siding, insulation, metal fabrication, casework, storefronts, fire protection, and finishes.
SFIA Firehouse #3

General construction services contract to build-out new firehouse for SFIA. Scope included roofing, metal wall panels, framing, interior finishes, and coordination with MEPF trades under separate contract.
SFIA Security Access Office

Tenant improvement renovation of a 7,750 SF existing shell space in the International Terminal to facilitate the relocation of the Security Access Office and Customs & Border Patrol Office. Scope included architectural finishes, design-build components, MEPF, security & access control.
SFIA Airfield Operations Facility
2013 - 2014, $9.6 million
LEED Gold Certified
Construction of new office facility and design-build garage for SFO Airfield Operations. Scope included concrete, siding, roofing, framing, interior finishes, MEPF, security and badging.
